Mushtaq Dakri

My name Is Mushtaq Dakri and I am the Co-Founder of Spinney Hill Drug alcohol and addiction support. We are a recently formed charity set up to support the increasing number of men and women who are dealing with addiction issues. 

I support the Independent MP Candidate for Leicester South, Shockat Adam. 

As a new organisation we reached out to Shokat a number of times for support advice and guidance. Whenever we approached him he was always willing to help even if it meant having to rearrange his diary to accommodate us. 

Shockat’s support was exactly what we needed at the time. As our organisation grew Shockat spent time with us to do an organisational review as to how best to structure our organisation. This in turn allowed us to save money and improve services. 

Shockat has an innate ability to listen and put others at ease. An ability to communicate with different people at different levels but also has the strength to say difficult things to those in power. That’s why I feel he will make an excellent MP.
